okay let's see you down forward of care I mean okay define where we left off so this morning we ask the question why don't we keep the feast days and I gave my answer for saying because we're in the fulfillment of the feast days and then we started looking at the feast days and we saw how many feast days or feasts the Lord has given to Israel and then we saw that they were pointing to Christ and that crisis the entity typical fulfillment of those feasts and they represents the work of Christ and we looked a little bit but Israel did around the time of the fees that they had to journey to Jerusalem which was the center talked about that how old they had to be and so forth and so on and then we went and looked at the feast itself and we saw that they're seven and they're four in the spring and three are in the autumn and when I look at it like that it reminds me of the churches you have also four and three just the same with the seals they're four and then three I just noted that so this morning we looked at at selection of the Lamb which took place on the 10th day of the first month and then four days later the lamb was to be kept till Passover and then it was to be slain at Passover in the evening and then we looked at the anti-typical fulfillment and when was the lamb Christ when was it selected but did we what event did we mark there was the triumphal entry and in four days later what took place what did Passover Cigna for what event was Passover it the crucifixion so I'm just going to make here across and we have four days in between we looked that this morning okay now in the afternoon class now we want to come to Larry's point he pointed out this morning now we want to go to the next feast and that is the feast of unleavened bread when did the feast of unleavened bread start they have to Passover let's read Leviticus 23 verses 6 & 8 and now we're going to start from the back so Larry if you would mind reading that the Vic is 23 verses 6 to 8 sorry about that 7 days he must eat unleavened bread in the first day he shall have a holy convocation you shall do no servile work therein but he shall offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord seven days in the seventh day is an holy convocation you shall do no servile work there ok so when did this feast start what date why do you say the 14th what does the verse say I wonder anthill why do you think xiv even to evening okay so with biblical reckoning that will be already to 15th right when it starts in the evening so in verse 6 we see on the 15th day of the same month which is the first month that's where the feast of unleavened bread starts so if the 15th day of the first month and how long is it gonna last 7 days exactly so where would that bring us 15 plus 7 is inclusive reckoning that's the first day and then 7 days is the 21st day of the first month 7 days okay let's read patriarchs and prophets page 539 paragraph 6 patriarchs and prophets page 539 paragraph six there's none it says the Passover was followed by the seventh days feast that's four thank you pay tricks and prophets page 539 six you have a paragraph six you don't learn okay it's a correct page at least okay and two do you have it would you mind reading it pay tricks and prophets page 539 starting with the Passover was followed my phone is freezing the Passover was followed by seven days feast of unleavened bread the first and the seventh were days of holy convocation when no servile work was to be performed on the second day of the feast the first fruits of the year's harvest were presented before God Barney was the earliest grain in Palestine and at the opening of the feast it was it was beginning to ripen a shaft of this grain was waved a sheaf of this grain was waived by the priest before the altar of God as an acknowledgment that all was his not until this ceremony had been performed was the harvest to be gathered okay so this was already this paragraph goes on immediately into the next feast we just want to focus on the unleavened part here so what details are given about this feast what's about this first day of that feast in the last day and that is what it's a Sabbath so the 15th day of the first month as well as the 21st day of the first month was a holy Sabbath and we're not there yet but if we went through all the feasts and then we would do press and truth application this would teach us some nice gems of truth especially because this is also 21st day and we know the number 21 we have several witnesses for the number 21 but we're not going there now okay let's continue and beat the sigh of Ages page 77 all the ceremonies it starts Sara sorry would you mind the sigh of Ages page 77 it might be I'm sorry all the ceremonies of the feast well the ceremonies of the feast were types of the work of Christ the deliverance of Israel from Egypt was an object lesson of redemption which the Passover was intended to keep in memory the slain lamb the unleavened bread the sheaf of firstfruits represented the Savior so we read this already today and we pointed out that the feasts are types of the work of Christ and we said the work of crisis to everlasting gospel in producing two classes of worshiper and here we see the deliverance of Israel from Egypt was an object lessons of what of redemption so the freeing of Egypt was an object lesson of the free freeing or from of redemption or what did we say redemption is what are we freed up from sin and when did God or when they Christ make that possible so to speak at the cross so in there we see that at the cross the unleavened the feast of unleavened bread starts which typifies that there won't be any sin anymore and we already spoke a little bit this morning about it we said there is there was at a Passover where there was no leaven allowed in the house and with the feast of unleavened bread you had for seven days no leaven in the house and what do we say was the leaven with sin okay let's read the next quote and it's paid tracts and prophets page 278 Cheryl do you want to read that because I saw you got the books its paychecks and prophets page 278 do you think it's the same page in those books okay so it's page 278 and it starts the land was to be eaten the lamb was to be eaten with bitter herbs that's 20 back to the bitterness of the bondage in Egypt so when we feed upon Christ it should be with contrition apart because of our sins the use of unleavened bread also was significant it was expressly enjoined in the law of the Passover and as strictly observed by the Jews in their practice that no leaven should be found in their houses during the feast in like manner the leaven of sin must be put away from all who would receive life and nourishment from Christ's question when do we receive life and nourishment from Christ in our timeline thinking in our timeline now exactly the breath from Ezekiel 37 and where do we see the nourishment of Christ at 9/11 the little book the the food is given or the ladder rain is starting which is also doctrine riches food to eat so we see leaven must be put away for all who would receive life and nourishment from Christ there we have another witness that sin 11 has to be out of the camp prior to 9/11 if you would continue Cheryl in like manner the leaven of sin must be put away from all who would receive life and nourishment from Christ so Paul writes to the Corinthian church purge out therefore the old leaven that she may be a new lump for even Christ our Passover is sacrificed for us therefore let us keep the feast not with the old leaven neither with eleven of malice and wickedness but with the lip with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth mm-hmm okay so in a beginning of this paragraph we saw that a type of herbs had to be eaten what kind of herbs were were those bitter herbs and these this bitterness was pointing back to the bondage of Egypt and so she says now so when we feed upon Christ it should be with contrition of heart because of our sins so question for those who know a little bit about herbs and I know there are several people in here why would it be bitter herbs and not salty or sour or sweet why is the little book bitter it cleanses how does it cleanse bitter components in the in the system they help detoxing the body they help the liver and the kidneys to digest what fat and what is fat in the Bible sin and that's what brother Parminder was talking a lot about because what did he say what is the fat in Jeremiah 4 does somebody remember why you remember pride what was it in Jeremiah 4 do you remember he was like exactly was drawing always a heart and then who was drawing this little foreskin and then he tied it in with Hosea 10 and he said those are the thorns which need to be plowed under and it's the sin or the fat which needs to be plowed under so that's why the Israelites also had to eat bitter herbs or the message and revelation 10 has to be also bitter because it removes fat it removes sin from our heart okay and this typifies were to Reseda that this has to happen before the feast of unleavened bread could take place the bitter herbs had to be eaten before hand and then leaven is out of the camp let's read the next one and this is for you Terry the signs of the times March 25 1880 the signs of the times March 25 1880 it starts with leaven work secretly secretly and is a fit emblem of hypocrisy and deceit and on this occasion the children of Israel were to abstain from lemon bread that their minds might be impressed with the fact that God requires truth and sincerity and his worship the bitter herbs represented their long and bitter servitude in Egypt also the bondage of sin it was not enough to simply slay the lamb and sprinkle its fight upon the doorposts but it was to be eaten that's representing the close union which must exist between Christ and his followers thank you so here we see it bitter herbs is a long and bitter severe tooth in Egypt but also the bondage of sin and they have to be eaten everything has to be eaten the lamb and those herbs to have this closed union with Christ we said the leaven can also represent something else what was the second thing let's read Matthew 16 verse 6 Luke would read Matthew 16 verse 6 it was we said Levin can be sin what is a second characteristic or what is the second definition of eleven yep Matthew 16 verse 6 then jesus said unto them take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees okay and in that Christ ate say that they need to be careful but they don't understand and then they asked him what he actually means and in verse 12 he gives them the answer so if you would read that as well please then understood I know that if I did not beware of the leaven of bread but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and attention so what problem did the disciples have here why didn't they understand when Christ said beware of the leaven of the Pharisees okay yeah they were not out open with it what other problem do we see here they took it literally and how were they supposed to take it spiritually or let's put it in the words of Permenter as a parable and that's what they had a problem with so the leaven can be also false doctrine and he said false doctrine is also kadal and it's sin and we said this morning that false doctrine is at the time of the end there's an increase of knowledge and attractive plows and all the thorns are ducked under 9/11 you have complete purity there's no more sin and no more false doctrine okay so this is what we're going to talk about at unleavened bread I guess you could figure out what dates that was in Christ's timeline but that's to complicate it now but that's the seven-day feast from the fifteenth day to the 21st now we want to go to the next feast which is the firstfruits let's read Leviticus 23 verses 9 to 11 mr. Levine would you read that Leviticus 23 verses 9 to 14 speak unto the children of Israel and say unto them when you come into the language I give unto you and shall reap the harvest their own then you shall bring a sheaf of the first fruits of your harvest unto the priests and we shall we have the chief before the Lord to be accepted for you under the morrow after this hour but we shall we unleash of 9 2 and 9 to 14 place with you and ye shall offer that day when you wave the sheaf and blemish of the first here for a burnt offering of oil sweet savour and you drink offering thereof shall be of wine one team and you shall eat neither bread nor parched corn nor green ears until this assembly that you have brought an offering unto your God it sharply a statute forever throughout your generations thank you ok so what they did the firstfruits take place 16th day of the first month so they took actually or the first foot took actually place within the feast of unleavened bread so we have the 16th day the first month in here now that board is starting to get crowded that was unleavened bread and here we have the firstfruits what is the anti-typical fulfillment of the firstfruits party it is the resurrection we're going to look at this now what had to happen on the day of firstfruits what was the procedure there is waving but what has to happen before you're waving finally had to be lifted up okay but before you can lift something up what do you have to do you have to first harvest it and then you can prepare whatever you want to lift up and then you lift it up so the firstfruits were the the first harvest so to speak it was the earnest and it was barley exactly because that was the first grain in Israel and it had to be harvested before all the others and then it had to be brought as an offering before God they had to be lifted up and then the harvest of real harvest could actually start so this could teach us a lot about our line now in the firstfruits but first we want to look at the fulfillment of that day okay I'm gonna read that and to already read it a little bit earlier but it's back to pay tricks and prophets page 539 paragraph 6 then in the middle of the paragraph says on the second day of the feast of what feast it says on the second day of the feast which feast would that be the the feast of unleavened bread because the first day of the first of the unleavened bread was the fiftieth day and the second day is sin firstfruits 16th day and the second day of the feast the firstfruits of the year's harvest was presented before God barley was the earliest grain in Palestine and at the opening of the feast it was it was beginning to ripen a sheaf of this grain was waived by the priest before the altar of God is Ana knowledge meant that all was his not until this ceremony had been performed was to harvest to be gathered okay Christ's resurrection is representing or is the anti-typical fulfillment of the firstfruits so let's read about the resurrection brother Mario would you read Luke 24 verses one to seven please Luke 24 verses one to seven on the first day of the first of the week very early in the morning they came unto the sepulchre bringing the spices which they had prepared and certain others with them and then for this to rule away from the supportin and they entered and they entered in and fall not the body of the Lord Jesus and it came to pass as they were much perplexed thereabout dear about behold two men stood by them in shining garments and as they were afraid and both on their faces to the earth they said unto them why I think even living among the dead he is not here what is written remember for these spirits unto you when he was yet in heaven saying the Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of the sinful men and be crucified and thank you so here we see that Christ died on the fourteenth day of the first month the crucifixion he rested on the Sabbath on the fifteenth day of the first month and he had no sin within him and on the 16th day of the first month he arose he resurrected and we just read that the tomb was empty and the angel told them that they should have known that in advance because Christ told him in advance so let's read first Corinthians 15 verse 20 brother Bob please read that 15:20 yes first Corinthians 15 verse 26 but now is Christ risen from the dead and become the firstfruits of them that's why okay so now we see that Christ who's risen from the dead so we see a rising here and it's become the firstfruits of them that slept so Christ himself by being resurrected is actually to enter typical fulfillment of the feast of firstfruits resurrected on the day on the fourteenth or on the 16th that is a good question no I think they were resurrected when Jesus died I believe so too with the earthquake when he died I think their graves open so basically they are they're the firstfruits before crisis the first group you could argue that way and those people actually went into town and people recognized you know they were dead and became living and they were bringing the testimonies of Christ's resurrection even to people then yes so what are the feasts about they came out of the tomb with them yeah okay do you have a passage or something because I am I just I don't have to go back and read about it okay I guess we have to go back there and find a passage for that to actually give out to people so they can see it but I'm you found it you want to share with everyone Matthew 27 verse verse 51 no verse 52 and 53 laughter 27 first 52 and 53 thank you and the graves are opened and many bodies of the saints which slept arose and came out of the graves after his resurrection and went into the holy city and appeared on to many okay the reason why I would think that those people are not the anti-typical sister Sharell 86 point one does somebody want to read that please Cheryl or Christ arose before dead as the firstfruits of those that's left he was the anti-type of the wave sheaf and his resurrection took place on the very day when the wave sheaf was to be presented before the Lord far more than a thousand years this symbolic ceremony had been performed from the harvest fields the first heads of ripened grain were gathered and when the people went up to Jerusalem to the Passover the sheaf of firstfruits was waved in to thank offering before the Lord not until this was presented could this sickle be put to the green and it be gathered into she's there she's dedicated to God represented the harvest so Christ the firstfruits Brutes represented the great spiritual harvest to be gathered for the kingdom of God his resurrection is the type and pledge of the resurrection of all the righteous dead for if we believe that Jesus died and rose again even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him and then it goes on what pages said she did some experiment it's the next program is eighty six point two paragraph before oh you need to read seven ninety six point one as Christ arose he brought from the grave a multitude of captives earthquake at his death had rent open their graves and when he arose they came forth with him they weren't the they were those who had been who Labor's with God and he went the cost of their lives had borne testimony to the truth now they were to be what witnesses for him who have raised them from the dead twenty seven that seems pretty obviously but twenty seven the context of this of this is two crucifixion and then you see verse the previous verses crisis dying then you have the two verses to speak about the equations that were open then fifty four you have again the Centurion that they who watching Jesus did they had a great fear and all that stuff although it seemed pretty obviously that they arose when Christ arose that means two days later but so why then these two verses so out of context I think there's something really cool Matthew 27 verse 52 when you read from 51 or 50 jesus when he had cried again with a loud voice yielded up the ghost so he he dies and behold the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom and the earth did quake and the rocks rent so we have the earthquake there when he dies and in verse 52 it says and the graves were opened and then it says and many bodies of the saints which slept Rose so what I'm seeing here is that firstly 52 those graves are open and they rise but then in verse 53 they come out and that reminded me of hid the secret 37 are they not a 90 living army but then the third prophecy is them calling them out of their grace to somebody remember do you think their lines up you have to actually keep reading okay so how would you read it I can't because and many bodies of the saints which slept arose and came out of the graves after his resurrection so the way how you read it is that the grace were open with the earthquake it's a sign sentence and then but if you go to verse 51 it's not yes for sure that's for sure Friday and that's not separated with it with a point as well and that's for sure a Friday so I am I don't want to make a big deal out of it I I see the core formula widen it seems pretty obviously I just didn't have to question why is this why are these two verses so disconnected from the whole context because I think the way how I read it I think is that you have to earthquake and this earthquake causes the graves to be opened and then they stay in the grave still but when crisis resurrected they come out of the grace so what does what does that they which slept arose mother what does this arising me like they were laying on top of and many of the bodies of the saints which slept arose who came out of the graves I wonder if the rising is the same as coming out came to consciousness came to consciousness and it took a few hours because we have like one day in between between so I can't give an full answer to it I connected it with CQ 37 if you have a spiritual lesson there I'm just thinking literally this is mean that's a lot of bad people who are laying around and it they waited to Sunday till they rose up and we're walking and saying something sounds strange to me but wait ants to me is that the grace were open and then they were resurrected with Christ so two days to grave was opened it could look into the bodies are are out of sight unless you want to go in there and see yeah I mean there was I believe if we remember correctly there was also earthquake when Christ arose so I don't know I would have to study that more unless somebody else has an insight on that sister Elena's I have been resurrected before Christ died at first you don't that's good that sounds logical to me and I remember reading it that those people go in town and actually testify of his resurrection and by studying the feasts we know the feasts are pointing to Christ so when you have the firstfruits also you have the first fruit pointing to Christ and I actually really like the quote sister shall read it was really nice and I'm gonna share with you a couple quotes now - and it's a the references manuscript 115 manuscript 115 October 14 1897 and it's paragraph 20 I have no idea how you're gonna find that have fun yep manuscript 115 October 14 1897 paragraph 20 there talks about now the multitude being the firstfruits there it says those who had been raised were presented as trophies to the heavenly universe as samples of the resurrection of all who receive and believe in Jesus Christ as their personal Savior they were a symbol of the final resurrection of the righteous that same power that has raised Christ from the dead will rise his church and glorify it with Christ as his bride above all principalities above all powers above all every name that is named not only in this world but in the heavenly courts the world above church triumphant - 86.4 - 86.4 thank you for that and then a 34-point I'm not the same where these similar he presents to God with representatives of that thank you for sharing and then in the same reference as I gave a few paragraphs down paragraph 29 to 31 she gives some more insight there it says it was the glory of God that the Prince of life should be the firstfruits the anti-type of the typical wave sheaf so there you see Christ is the anti-typical fulfillment that he was resurrected of the wave sheaf offering for whom he did foreknow he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his son that he might be the firstborn among many brethren he that spared not his own son but delivered him up for us all how shall he not with him freely give us all things Christ was the firstfruits of them that slept this very scene the resurrection of Christ from the dead was observed in by the Jews at one of their sacred feasts called the feast of the Jews they came up to the temple with the firstfruits had been gathered in and held a feast of Thanksgiving we just had Thanksgiving sort of the first fruits of the harvest crop was sacredly dedicated to the Lord the crop was not to be appropriated for the benefit of men the first ripe fruit was dedicated as a think offering to God he was acknowledged as the lord of the harvest when the first heads of the grain ripened in the field they were carefully gathered and when the people went up to Jerusalem they were presented to the Lord waving the ripened chief before him as a think offering after the ceremony the sickle could be put to the wheat and it could be gathered into sheets as Christ ascended while in the act of blessing his disciples an army of angels encircled him as a cloud Christ takes with him the multitude of captives as his trophy he himself he will himself bring to the Father the firstfruits of them slept to present to God as an insurance that he's conquer over death and the grave okay so Christ when he rests her when he went up to heaven whom did he take with him he took the multitude with him who resurrected with him and together I mean Christ being the anti-typical fulfillment of first fruit but he also took people with him as a first fruit of what is to come at the end of the world when all the righteous will awake yea meet these after spending forty days it is interesting so thought also because we just read is that the harvest could not start if that first food offering wasn't given and performed so and went in when did the harvest start the spiritual harvest I would think Pentecost and that's why that's why the disciples had to do what why couldn't they do public evangelism before Pentecost why did they have to stay in the Upper Room Larry I see you whispering okay so they can become one Accord okay you have one Accord that there's all dis to it in terms of the feasts now why did they have to stay in the upper room and wait I would suggest because the the offering had to be accepted and before this not could not be accepted and performed the harvest couldn't start and if the harvest is the ink gathering in of the people which is Pentecost then they had to wait till the Lord gave the okay now it's okay to send out the people into the harvest and actually harvest the people okay who is down here in our timeline who are the firstfruits priests the Levites or the more common Adventist understanding the 144,000 let's read that revelation 14 verses 1 to 4 penny if you would mind yes please revelation 14 verses 1 to 4 and I looked and lo a lamb stood on the Mount Zion and with him 144,000 having his father's name written in their foreheads and I heard a voice from heaven as the voice of many waters and as the voice of a great Thunder and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps and they sung as it were a new song before the throne and before the four beasts and the elders and no man could learn that song 144 thousand which were redeemed from the earth these are they which were not defiled with women for they are virgins these are they which follow the lamb whithersoever he throw it these were redeemed from among men being the firstfruits unto God into the lamb okay so there we see the Bible calls the 144,000 the firstfruits and they're not defiled by what by women right so when they're not defiled what are they without sin or without leaven and we know the firstfruits took place within the feast of unleavened bread so there was no sin allowed now a practical funny I mean so false doctrine good point now a practical quote about firstfruits in our daily life this comes from manuscript 173 manuscript 173 1901 paragraph 16 manuscript 173 1901 paragraph 16 I'm going to read that there it says God says my son give me die hard die time died talents three things by heart by time die talents he wants no unbelief no stinging nests he wants you to give him the firstfruits of the life love and faith and strength so the first fruits of life are love faith and strength but those three things again is it probably it might be well I did word search yeah it said it starts with God says my son give me thy heart I just had time talent and you got it Wow you know I didn't get it Oh ms manuscript 173 1901 paragraph 16 okay the first fruits of life are love faith and strength reveal that faith which works by love and purifies the soul cease to live for self live holy for God give him the best hours of the day and the best energies of the being if laying down every selfish aim and interest God's people would give him the best of all they have if they would seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness they would rise higher and higher in Christian nobility in liberality okay so this was just a neat quote I found with firstfruits for a practical day-to-day application okay so we have the firstfruits the feast and then we come to our last bring feast which is Pentecost let's read Leviticus 23 verses 15 to 20 Alisa would you read that 23 verses 15 to 22 the BIC code of codes 23 verses 15 to 20 to bring out of your combinations to wave loads of 2/10 deal they shall be a fine flower they should be baked with leaven they are the firstfruits unto the Lord and ye shall offer with the bread seven lambs without blemish of the first year and one young bullet and two Rams they shall be for a burnt offering unto the Lord with their meat offering and their drink offerings even an offering made by fire a sweet savour into the Lord then he shall sacrifice one kid of the goats for a sin offering and two lambs of the first year for a sacrifice of peace offering and the priest shall wave them with the bread of the firstfruits for a wave offering thank you so in verse 15 the starting point for Pentecost is given or for that feast when we when you can count until you come to Pentecost when on what day does that when do we start counting what is verse 15 say what day is that says in ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the Sabbath from the day that you brought the sheep of the wave offering seven Sabbath's shall be complete the sixteenth how do you get there why do you say the sixteenth good morning exactly just remember we said an unleavened bread the first day was a Sabbath and also the last day was the Sabbath so we're reading about Pentecost and it says under moral the day after when you had the Sabbath the day when you bring or lift up the firstfruits then you shall count seven weeks complete and then you shall have Pentecost okay good question so it's continuing first all of it from 23 it gives you them in order whatever in 10 speaks about this she for first fruit you need says Ali shall leave the she's before the world to be accepted for you on the morrow after this hour if we shall we with that verse 11 to verse 15 is making reference to the same morrow after Lisa okay I couldn't fully follow you but I take you for it did that answer the question talks about first fruit COI seem and he shall wave the sheaf before the Lord to be accepted for you on the morrow after this Sabah the priests are with it so and it's the same pricing again in verse 15 which makes sense tomorrow after the 7 ok and good so we have another fee starting here and it's 50 days long and what date would that be 50 days later somebody awake enough to actually calculate it when was Pentecost taking place till seven days seven weeks are complete when I did the calculation it was the seventh day of the third month having three excuse me you count this as the first day till there would be fifty days seven times seven is forty-nine days and then you have Pentecost here what are you saying he's eight to six today you know 736 Dover the seventh he said also the six but I did is I took the calendar nor held the result at once when he presented Astro 7 verse 9 some of you remember maybe that he took a Krikorian calendar and in it he put the cometh yeah in those notes so I took it out so I stand corrected as some of the dates are not quite as good okay so we have Pentecost here let's put it in another color Pentecost and of course in Christ timeline that was Pentecost and we don't have time because this is really my last class but it is very interesting when you take all these feasts because you have these dates and we know that the year 1844 lines up with the Karaite reckoning like espera 7 verse 9 we see the first day first month April 19th first day 5th month we see the 5th day of the 4th months so what you can do is you can take all these dates and you can put them in the mail right in history and you can look up what happened in this mystery a history excuse me and I didn't find for every date something but for some of the day to find some quite significant stuff so if we would go through the feast days that's where I would start going to my right timeline now and I would apply these feasts to the middle right timeline and there's some really nice gems in there as well to find but you can do that in your own time okay so we have Pentecost let's read patriarchs and prophets page 540 Larry we're back to you pay tricks and prophets page 540 it starts with fifty days from the offering from the firstfruits came the Pentecost called also the feast of harvest and the feast of weeks as an expression of gratitude for the grain prepared in food two loaves baked with leaven were presented before God the Pentecost occupied the one day which was devoted to religious service okay so there there we have a witness for example that the fifty days are starting to be count from the firstfruits so tomorrow after the Sabbath has to be the first Sabbath of the unleavened bread because that's the second witness okay so this feast is also called the feast of harvest or the feast of weeks weeks simply because seven sabbaths seven weeks were counted and what had to be done on that feast what did they have to do what did they have to eat or bake two loaves of bread but what had to be in it now leaven is not weird first you have three feasts which include that there shouldn't be any leaven within them and now you have a feast where it's required to have leaven in it why would that be okay does it mean that a Christ tells us that we need to have sin back in our life okay so what is 11 in this incidence here sincerity and truth which is what how about what did we say Leavitt cannot only be sin but also doctrine right we said Levin can be false doctrine so would Christ say that false doctrine need to be among us exactly so by context we have to define what does the Lord mean when he actually refers to leaven right I'm suggesting here is that leaven is something positive and it's representing doctrine what happened at Pentecost the Holy Spirit came down and they were speaking in several languages and they were spreading the message so for me here that they had to bake two loaves which could be a doubling baked with leaven presented before the God means for me that at Pentecost the house of the Lord is full of its glory and the message is being proclaimed fully it's full with the message of the Lord okay let's read John 20 verse 19 to 23 rising or do you mean there's also rising mmm-hmm interesting and I think when you read x2 or one I can't remember I think it's two you have Paul rising amidst them and starting to talk them shortly before Pentecost happen or on the day of Pentecost but there you see arising that's nice okay John 20 verse ninety two twenty three Cheryl would you read that the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews came Jesus had stood in the midst and saith unto them peace be unto you and when he had said and when he had so said he shewed showed unto them his hand and his side then were they sciples glad when they saw the Lord then said Jesus to them again peace be unto you as my father has sent me even so I send you and when he had said this he breathed on them and say saith unto them receive me this letter receive ye the Holy Ghost whatsoever sincere admit they are remitted unto them and whosoever sins you retain they are retained okay so normally we when we read this passage we read also the famous quote of em wide which we use in this message it's the of the spirit of prophecy volume 3 page 243 and 244 the spirit of prophecy vol 3 243 244 I'm gonna read that there on white comments upon the Act which Christ just did in the upper room she says here the act of Christ and breathing upon his disciples the Holy Ghost and imparting his peace to them was a few drops before the plentiful shower to be given on the day of Pentecost Jesus impressed this fact upon his cybot says as they should proceed in the work and trusted him them they would the more fully comprehend the nature of the work and the manner in which the kingdom of Christ was to be set up on earth they were appointed to be witness for the Savior they were to testify what what they had seen and heard of his resurrection they were to repeat the gracious words which proceeded from his lips they were acquainted with his holy character he was an angel standing in the Sun yet casting no shadow it was the sacred work of the Apostles to present a spotless character of Christ to men as the standard of their lives the disciples had been so intimately associated with this pattern of holiness that they were in some degree a similar assimilated to him and character and were specially fitted to make known to the world his precepts and example okay wait oh this is a longer picture okay you can do that in your own time as I said I didn't have much time to prepare so I don't know what all the quotes I have in here but I know there's some good in it so we see Pentecost is on the fiftieth day or their seventh day of the third month with sixth day of the third months and 15 yeah moving to be our first food so you have 30 days to the first month without 15 days left in the first month 29 in the second month which would be you 16 in certain okay I have to check that out again okay so we have Pentecost but we're seeing that what happened on Pentecost panda cause God's Spirit was given but we just read without white and in the Bible that even before Pentecost God gave already some portion or a portion of his spirit to his people before the it was as a few drops before the plentiful shower to be given on the day of Pentecost and where do we apply said on our line in our timeline this is 911 it's a few drops before the plaintiff all outpouring and we know that for the priests Pentecost takes place at midnight and now allied has a really nice quote longer quote which you can read in your own time about Pentecost and what the work was of the disciples what the character was and what their mission was to be and how their hearts was and how they put all differences away and all the desire for supremacy as they came closer together in Christian Fellowship and she talks also about how the disciples were preparing themselves for Pentecost so I would strongly and suggest to read that for you guys and is written in the Acts of the Apostles page 35 to 38 the Acts of the Apostles so if you ever get a chance and a little bit of time I would strongly to suggest to read those passages because that's the way how we are to prepare for midnight in a practical way okay those are the spring feasts I'm gonna put some showers here for Pentecost because that's God's spirits coming down so for our point and we have 50 days here and we have this year this is 7 times 7 is 49 days and Pentecost being then the 50th day so when would the fall feasts begin the first day of the seventh month I you're you're teasing no no no no you're I sneaky because you're looking ahead she does the Feast of Trumpets a place when first day of the seventh month some seventh month and that is the Feast of Trumpets but where would be the anti-typical fulfillment where do I know in Earth history that fall is starting and why is this spring oh that's a good thing so this is the early rain what would be the latter rain today so that will mean that so you would say this is the early this is the ladder I like that what do you mean was that the spring feasts were kept in the time of the latter rain in the latter rain if you think in the box of the Jewish economy is like in the box of the Jewish economy because when Christ arrived that was the Church of Laodicea so no I'm just saying literally I understand that we're anytime of the muttering mm-hmm but it's flipped because literally with the Jewish economy so the way how I want to look at it here now is if we look only at the feasts in in one row so to speak so always have been looking at a feast in the Jewish economy during the time of the former so this is the former and this is the ladder know why if you are looking at it from the Jewish economy trumpets atonement Tabernacles is it time for marine oh you mean when you look at the aquaculture yes yeah I agree with you and they know in the literal sense yes the early rain took place here yes and here the ladder in hurry boys yes there were two harvesters as well because there was a harvest taking place here but at the end of the year there was even a bigger harvest that was what this feast was about yeah okay so in a spiritual sense when you put it on the line what is the earlier rain what is the latter rain what's the difference what's the difference between the early rain and the latter one is harder when it's harder yes one you if you Sarah if the early rain is hard what will happen sees it wash away your crops wither off your seeds will be spoiled you won't have a Harve so with this I did the study ones on the on the rain the latter rain in the early rain and Ellen White says there is no difference she says it's the same prophecies the only difference between the early and the latter rain is what it's at different times she says one takes place at the beginning and one takes place at the end and she puts the early rain at the time period of the disciples after Pentecost and the latter rain she put down on the end of the type of heavy rain that you get in the latter rain time period in the early but but the lottery time doesn't vary income gradually increasing more yes so why is the time period here spring and when does fall start in Earth history what are the fees all about where did they point to Christ so also spring and fall need to point to Christ right what happened here why is this line so special why did all the spring feasts get fulfilled during the time period when Christ came okay what kind of Advent was that that was the first advent of Christ so this was spring so if you have fall what do you have in terms of Christ what kind of event the second event so when we see the fulfill or look at the fulfillment of the fall feast where do we have to look for the fulfillment of the full feast in what time period at the end of the world or at the second Advent right this was his first event this will be in 2nd Edmund questioning that when does the second event start when is fall starting on it on the line exactly at the time of the end Daniel 12 verse 4 Cheryl did you read then sister and Tanisha would you mind reading Daniel 12 verse 4 Daniel shut up the words and seal the book even to the time of the end many shall run to and fro and be increased okay so we see that knowledge shall increase and it is at the time of the end now let's read when the time of the end was we read that in great controversy page 356 great controversy page 356 paragraph 1 Johnny if you would mind reading that the possible the Apostle Paul warned the church warned the church not to look for the coming of Christ in his day that they shall not come he says except there come a falling away first and that and that man of sin be revealed not till after the great apostasy and the long period of the reign of the man of sin can we look for the advent of the Lord the man of sin which has also styled the mystery of the deity the son of perdition and that wicked represents the papacy which as foretold in prophecy was to maintain its supremacy for 1260 years this period ended in 1798 the coming of Christ could not take place before that time Paul covers with his caution the whole of the Christian dispensation down to the year 1798 it is this side it is this side of that time that the message of Christ's second coming is to be proclaimed next paragraph case as well no such message has ever been given and in past ages Paul as we have seen did not preach it he pointed his brethren entered into the them far distant future for the coming of the Lord the Reformers did not proclaim it Martin Luther placed the judgment about 300 years in the future from his day but since 79 years the book of daniel has been unsealed knowledge of the prophecies has increased and many have proclaimed the solemn message of the judgment okay so we see her then she says no such message what not so much such a message this message of that Christ would return was ever preached was the first event of Christ being preached there he's nodding his head a little bit was it being preached yeah by whom by John okay a good question yet though Christ came before the Christian movement started the Christian movement started back here after Pentecost and but Christ already came back here so he came to earth you as a born baby and left his life question is what's this event what happened all here was that proclaimed in a powerful message that the Lord will return he's coming no it wasn't because everyone was sleeping there were a few individual who knew about it and even talked about it they were expecting it but there was not such a powerful statement given that actually the Lord will return to redeem the world bring us home and that she says couldn't Paul said and white says Paul says we shouldn't even expect the second coming of Christ or the coming of Christ because what had to happen first the medicine had to first a falling away and the man of sin had to be revealed we know that that is the time period of darkness the 1260 and only because 70 90 and eight happened where the deadly wound was applied to the Roman papacy then the way was free now that Daniel is being opened an increase of knowledge could take place and that that a message was able to be given that the Lord would return a second time so now we can expect that if this is all pointing to Christ and we have spring and we have fall and we're seeing this first up meant that this all is being fulfilled in the first Atman that this would take place in full or at the second Advent and this couldn't start earlier than 1798 so now you have to look for dates after 1798 and let's I like using colors so let's draw a line take brown here is the cutting line and you have 1790 and 8th which marks the beginning of fall okay and this is actually by recognizing this with these feasts that the spring feasts took place all in the life of Christ and were fulfilled to the date that is what actually gave the millwrights power to be so sure about Christ's coming in the year 1843 or / 44 and that is also by by actually calculating those feasts in a proper manner that is also what helps them is snow a lot by calculating the day October 22nd 1844 time is almost up I guess now you could go into the Feast of Trumpets where you know that you have a trumpet is a warning message where is it also for gathering and it's 10 days right before the Day of Atonement which took place on the tenth day of the seventh month I have it up there that's the first day of the seventh month and this is the tenth day of the seventh month since the Day of Atonement which took place and we know this is October 22nd 1844 and now we could have talked about what was the first day of the seventh month within Miller right time and you will find a letter on that day telling them that probation closes there and you can do applications but I'm saying that you have a dual application of where the Feast of Trumpets is within the muroid time you have been either 10 days before October 22nd or you can also calculate 10 years before October 22nd which brings you to 1843 1840 1833 1834 which sister Levine commented on this morning where William Miller got his credential and a message the warning message was now given to the world or you have a ten days before October 22nd yes but you're asking for it let me see so the my rights are talking about 18 33 and 34 yet though they talk also about 10 days before and I thought it first deal oh yeah I think I got it no that was something else feast of atonement day diminish reason we can pray and close and then I look in my notes and I can tell it to you afterwards if you want because I I don't find it right now because this is a 40 page document and I need to find it I do any more comments or questions then let's pray and then I look for the quote dear father in heaven thank you for this day and thank you for the privilege that we can come here together and study your word lord help us to continue focusing on you and to understand these things Lord to not leave the details out and to hear your voice Lord and often we need to be very silent in order to hear your voice help help us Lord in the business of this life to stop and and really focus on you please bless the rest of this day and also the end or the last remaining days of just trimester and yeah in Jesus name we asked you for that amen
